Why upgrade to PISTONS UPGRADE?
- A stock TDI works at ~110 bar cylinder pressure.
- When prepared, one often exceeds 220 bar ➜ risk of cylinder head detachment and breakage.
- Use a camshaft with a high lift
- Use larger diameter valves
Our answer: lower the volumetric ratio of 19:1 (origin) to 18:1 in increasing the bowl volume, modifying the diameter and depth of the valve recesses. Result : reliability And safety margin .
